Agreement

By accessing or using NexusDeals (nexusdeals.pk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via homepage notice.

What NexusDeals is

NexusDeals is a deal aggregation platform that collects and displays promotional codes, discount offers, bank cashback deals, and partner promotions from brands, banks, and creators operating in Pakistan.

What NexusDeals is not

NexusDeals is not a retailer, bank, or product seller. We do not process transactions, hold inventory, or take responsibility for the fulfilment of any deal. We are an information platform connecting users to third-party offers.

Verification

We make reasonable efforts to verify that deals are accurate and codes are active at the time of publication. However, we cannot guarantee that any specific deal, code, or price is currently valid.

Expiry and changes

Brands and banks may modify or withdraw promotions at any time without notice to NexusDeals. We are not responsible for deals that have expired, been exhausted, or been changed by the issuing brand.

Reporting errors

If you find an incorrect or expired deal, please use the 'Report' button on the deal card. We review all reports within 24 hours. You may also contact us directly at support@nexusdeals.pk.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download deal data without written permission; use automated bots to interact with the platform; attempt to manipulate click or save counts; submit false or misleading deals; or use the platform to harm, harass, or defraud other users or partners.

Partner obligations

Partners who submit deals represent that they have the authority to offer the stated promotion, that the deal information is accurate, and that the promotion complies with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations.

Application and approval

Becoming a partner is subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any partner application at our sole discretion, and to suspend or terminate a partner account for any violation of these terms.

Deal content

Partners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and fulfilment of deals they submit. NexusDeals may edit deal titles for clarity or reject submissions that do not meet our quality standards.

Fees

Basic partner access is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid featured placements or premium tiers in the future, with advance notice to existing partners.

Termination

Either party may terminate the partner relationship at any time. Upon termination, your deals will be removed from the live platform within 48 hours.

NexusDeals content

All platform design, code, editorial text, and graphics created by NexusDeals are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

Partner content

By submitting deals, partners grant NexusDeals a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the deal information, brand name, and logo on our platform.

Third-party trademarks

Brand names and logos displayed on NexusDeals belong to their respective owners. Their display does not imply endorsement of NexusDeals by those brands.

No warranty

The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the suitability of any deal for your particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, NexusDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of savings, missed discounts, or transaction disputes with third-party brands.

Third-party disputes

Any dispute regarding a deal, code, or purchase must be resolved directly with the issuing brand or bank. NexusDeals is not a party to those transactions.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
